Hi Everyone! I’m Andrea! I have a passion for guiding and educating women on how to make long-lasting, sustainable lifestyle changes that result in improved nutrition, dietary habits, physical ability and an overall greater knowledge of health and wellness.
I am a Integrative Health Practitioner, a New World Practitioner certified by the International Training Institute of Health and a certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Through my certifications, I learned over 100 different dietary theories, and how our thoughts and beliefs are just as important, if not more important, than the food we put into our body. Ultimately, I was able to discover the emotional triggers and thought patterns that where causing my dermatitis, neck pain, endometriosis, and anemia.These courses opened my mind to alternative therapies, such as Wolfe Deep Tissue, to heal past emotional wounds that were affecting my physical health.
